Not much just under 8stone now lost it all by over doing the gym :( bulking back up now though going for around 15 stone but of muscle not fat so lots of reps for me!! -_-

Make sure you use unsupported weights its a much better result in my opinion, also do excersises such as flys, reverse flys, bench press and deadlifts, using a crunch manchine is good for your legs and stumoch as well

Ok epichair212 we'll discuss that stuff in a chat ;) onto the map!
PandaMan the map is still being designed and discussed so we can set a good ground work, but ill be sure to make an updated page with pictures ect when the map is in its later stages :)
