Map and Game Mode Balancing​

Hey everyone! After receiving some feedback on my map and game mode I decided to go back and make a few changes. Here they are:

Map (ONI Alpha Site):

• Made Gauss Turrets despawn until 75 seconds into the game
• Decreased respawn time on some vehicles by 5 seconds
• Added an extra fuel rod and beam rifle for the Covenant
• Placed Bridge Stronghold a little lower...
