Awesome thread Sam. I had a blast playing Clue last night and its great to know that there's such a descriptive and well organized thread showcasing all the rules to the game so that new players will be able to come in very aware of everything. Great job!

i have a question. If i see a guy reloading, but not actually shoot, am i allowed to shoot him/her?
Nope. Reloading isn't hostile. You have to see him shoot or commit a hostile act.
The railgun is evil, I've accidentally killed many an innocent player whom charges it up aiming at me and I think they're going to kill me.

They deserve to be killed if they charge up a railgun. That is what we consider a hostile act, whether they actually fire it or not, charging a weapon is hostile.The railgun is evil, I've accidentally killed many an innocent player whom charges it up aiming at me and I think they're going to kill me.
