It's not every day that a game developer handles and resolves complaints regarding games they didn't even make. But that's exactly what Bungie has done here for young Timothy and his broken Halo 4 disc. Big ups, Bungie. Can you tell Destiny to hurry up, now? It's done awaiting.

Who? The guy in the video, DeeJ? No. He's just a regular guy like you or me. A member of the community who's love and devotion for Halo and Bungie landed him a job at the Studio a year or so ago. He writes the most of the articles you see on Bungie's website, in their News Feed.
