Reach Sabre Duel 1.1

Normally playing out of bounds is impossible due to the death boundaries, but with this gametype it is possible. Sabres normally don't have enough room even on forge world, but the accompanying map is more than 3000 meters in diameter with more than enough space for 16 players to battle it out in sabres.
