To be honest it doesn't feel like a re-imagining, but more like it's own map, your only real tie to Blood gulch is the bunker round base. But that isn't a bad thing. I would suggest looking at your map as it's own map, not a re-imagining, It feels to different for that. So humbly suggest you do. You will be less limited for what you can do with it and it will have more of an identity.
