I don't normally put out alot of map previews, since I can't stand showing off unfinished work. I usually just wait until the map is pretty much polished to show anything at all. However, someone said I should share this map with HaloCustoms, so here I am.

This is something I've just began building, I've only completed a few buildings so far. The theme is a recently abandoned industrial city, due to nuclear fallout. This city wasn't destroyed by the nuke though, only evacuated because of radiation. I wanted to create a city that was very dark looking themewise, without it being completely destroyed by a natural disaster like my usual city maps. Scorn is another map I am going to be playing with my Scavengers gametype. I want this map to be my eeriest, most grim and creepy map yet, hence the no-radar gametype and colorblind filter. I think colorblind looks really unique on Erosion. Erosion's atmosphere and textures are mostly beige and brown, so the end result turns out to be a sepia tone color. This map will be playable very soon.

It looks like Floodgate from Halo 3 meets Gears of War. Looks like you've created a cool atmosphere, and if this plays like the Fifth Kind, it should be pretty awesome. I look forward to playing this.

Nice use of the Grifball room lights.

I honestly don't know what those are. I was just playing around with different lighting pieces to add contrast and atmosphere. I have them spread out just far enough to look like a stand set of fluorescent bulbs.
