I'm trying to get 100% in GTA V and unfortunately one of the Strangers & Freaks missions(An American Welcome) refuses to appear. I have completed the S&F prior to it(Civil Boarder Patrol) and I can replay it. I have looked at multiple other forums and this has happened to multiple people with solutions such as deleting the TUs or going to Online then Story mode, but so far no luck. If you know how to fix this or had it happen to you as well, please tell me.
