Gametype update

this an update to make tweaks to the gametype so it does not last forever

*Last man standing traits have been tweaked to go from 50% player speed, to 25% to allow the round to end and the game can continue

*Infected jump height has been bumped up to 150% to allow the infected to jump up and get the humans if they are hiding on a rock

*last man standing bounty is 5 points
