This is a single player minigame, the goal is to survive as many waves as you can, and to score as many points as you can.

Shields don't regenerate when they're lowered, when you run through this green area it recharges your shields.
Ammunition is on a 40 second cycle, where every 20 seconds it spawns 12 shots at either end of the map.
