Halo Who has read the Halo books? (not the forunner ones)

I have been OBSESSED with the Halo novels. I have read the first "Halo: The Fall of Reach" by Eric Nylund, and am in the middle of reading "Halo: The Flood". Now, the reason why I am asking this is because, I have been thinking about creating LOTS of maps based off of events in the text. Now, I have refused to do this for the sole reason that I'm afraid that barely anyone would have even read the books, so they wouldn't be able to grasp the importance of it, or even the sheer awesomeness. Please, if anyone out there, has read ANY of these books, please let me know, so I don't feel like a COMPLETE nerd!!

Read them all except The Thursday War which I'm finishing up late because I let my friend borrow it way back and he took a while to complete and give to me

I just started and my first was "Glassland" and I LOVED IT! now I'm working on "Evolutions" but then I'm off to the Thursday War.

If you loved Glasslands then you'll love the ones written by Joseph Staten and Eric Nylund. There's wayyy more action and it's brilliantly written.

I don't know if I care for the action that much, my favorite part of Glasslands was the dialogue between the characters, specifically Vas, Mal, and Naomi. The Arbiter was cool too.
