What's the best game you have encountered with wacky physics in it? Mine is Halo CE because of the ghost being able to do flips offa scorpion and ghosts being able to go through each other. Your turn GOO!

The only one that pops to mind are the rag dolls for Gears of War. The chunks from the Locusts flying in the air were just awesome, plus when a body fell on top of you while you were still behind cover looked really boss.
The ragdolls for mass effect, everytime you died it looked like you were shot during a yoga position.
You should look up the Cerberus is Lazy thread on BSN. You get plenty of that in there.
Also surprised nobody said Half-Life 2 yet. So I will say it. Half-Life 2

I'll just leave this here, it re-affirms the statement about Half Life 2.
I think it's safe to say that ANY game using Havok physics in a more vanilla form is prone to serious anomalies in physics due to the simple nature of it's ragdolls.
Skate 3 however takes that glitch filled physics engine teamed up with poor collision detection and as seen above, hilarity ensues
