i am pretty good at halo i wouldnt say i'm a pro but not half bad. I exel in making awesome gametypes for halo 4 and halo reach. I make some maps but am still getting the hang of it cause i honestly think forge was better in reach. but thats my 2 cents so yep.
. To answer your question I'll save Halo Reach as it had precision forging which was extremely useful to forgers.
