Welcome to Halo Customs - you've come to the right place!
There are a few ways you could go about having your map tested. I'd first recommend making a post in our Maps section, or a thread in the Forge Discussion section. That way, people will understand what it's all about.
Afterwards, you can have that resource available when finding Custom Games. Go to a testing lobby and ask them if they'd be willing to test it out for you. I'd highly recommend attending that match, so you can figure out for yourself what's up and receive feedback from other players.
