I'm going to have to say Chell for two reasons;

1. The story and dialogue of the single player story is just beautiful.
2. When I play co-op, I have to play with someone else, and that person is usually an idiot.

Well playing with Chell, I have this constant feeling (Especially with GLaDOS's Dialogue) that I will come back, and will get my revenge.

With Atlas and P-Body... not so much.
