Gaming Payday 2 (help?!?)

Recently picked up Payday 2 for the Xbox, and I'm now currently looking for fellow (hopefully experienced) partners in crime to perform a few stealth heists with as I'm already sick of joining lobbies to have people go in all guns blazing. Now I'll admit I'm green as grass but I'm nether a bad player or one of the many ...shall we say simpletons? you'll often find on it, just learning the ropes still.

Although I have an interest in the game, I'm waiting for it to drop in price first.

Unfortunately most people I know of on here that have it are rocking the PC version.
