You might have better luck finding people for a lobby like this if you set the beginning time to something other than the current time. If you're looking for people right away, I'd try checking on people in the discord tab.

Forgot to mention the name of the map is Halo 5: Battlefront. It is tagged and searchable in the Halo 5 forge browser.
