On a console, for a shooter, it sure does. It's just too bad the multiplayer sucks

the only bad thing of the maps is you have to download all of them including the bad one witch i find rare like those race maps in 2

I haven't actually ever used it but it looks pretty amazing in all the videos I've seen of it. But as Lights said, it doesn't matter how good the map editor is: if the multiplayer sucks, then maps created aren't going to be fun.

I have used it. A lot. And it lets you go way more in depth than in forge and lets your imagination create more! But it is difficult to use and takes a much larger amount of time to make a good map. It is also such a pain in the ass to use I am almost to frustrated to continue at certain points. It helps shows how much simpler forge is, but in a good way.

I'm interested, as well, in whether or not the map editor is good. I have yet to pick up on any far cry gameplay...
