Inflation over the last several years has practically flatlined -- as of the period ending in Feb 2014, we're looking at 1.1%. The low rate of inflation makes capital bonds currently a great investment, at least until inflation gets higher. Obviously, buying into a long-term bond increases the risk of your investment, as a heightened inflation rate could end up losing you money overall. How long do you think this low-inflation trend will continue?
