Hey guys, we've got a week packed full of Halo goodness ahead of us! After the official launch of the Competitive Skill Rank (CSR) and the release of the Castle Map Pack today, 343 Industries announced the very first Halo Week:
That's right, Halo content every day, yay!
343 fed us with info on the first half of the Drop Shock Halo Week:
- The very first Spartan Ops season will be available in matchmaking again, so those of you who have missed out on the whole Spartan Ops experience, or those who want to experience it again, feel free to do so.
- Grab the Spartan Ops Challenge along the way, it requires you to play any 5 chapters of Spartan Ops this Thursday the 11th, and get a Spartan Ops avatar tee!
- The CSR challenge requires you to get a solid rank 35 on the newly added Castle Team DLC playlist and your reward is an exclusive avatar item, get it while the playlist is around!
- Halo 4 OST Volume 2 will drop this Tuesday "featuring an expanded landscape of the key musical themes from the game"
- Also on Tuesday, 3 new marketplace items are up for the grabs: Mantis prop, Ghost and cryptum items
- Extra XP challenges, keep an eye out on those daily and weekly challenges
- Jessica aka bsangel will supply us with further information on Wednesday via the Halo Bulletin
