Virtue

Virtue is a 1 flag map designed for 10-16 players. I wanted to try and design a 1 flag map where the defenders rely on height advantage to stop the attackers, while the attackers rely on power weapons and vehicles to overrun the defenders. The vehicle circuit is a loose figure-eight shape with a few added directional routes to provide options for bringing the flag home.
Although the risky center valley and the exterior vehicle paths force vehicles into dangerous sightlines, the directional routes from the defenders base to the attackers ribcage (not in screenshot) provides a safer passage to deliver the flag if pulled off properly.
The defender's base may look untouchable at first glance, but a closer look reveals numerous counters to the elevated defender's base. Along with the advantage of having first dibs on most power weapons, they are able to approach the base from numerous routes and from different angles.
A well aimed shot to one of the explosives on the mountain can knock your opponent back, leaving him no-shielded and disoriented.
The bottom grav lift serves as the front door to the defender's base.
A Sniper Rifle spawns at the lower end of the bridge, watch out for attackers grabbing it and pushing up the bridge.
These upper walks are used (primarily) for infantry. The shotgun is equally available to blue and red team, although it is very risky for both teams to try and grab it.
The man-cannon is another option for attackers, especially if the bridge parallel to it is occupied.
View from the man-cannon landing.
And... That's it!
Feedback welcome.
