It was mentioned in the IGN stream by frankie that there is 104 maps on the game... so what 4 maps did I miss? o_O
I think the Halo 2 Vista maps. They mentioned Halo PCs maps weren't included but I saw some maps such as District and Uplift which were exclusive to H2V. They also mentioned Halo 2 having forge so that's confirmed.

Finally we can play an old map and its remake one after the other. It will be a strange nostalgic experience for sure.

Seriously though, thinking about having multi-game lobbies with one whole party just gets my body ready.

I was sad to see the veto system did not return. It worked flawlessly and ensured that everybody played some sort of map and gametype combination, whether it was liked or not. Halo: Reach and Halo 4 made the mistake of adding map voting and the same bullshit was voted for nonstop and I would like they revisited vetoing in MCC. Fortunately though if it is, having 100 maps will make this less common.

Do you guys think that the custom games, forging and theater will run exactly as it is? Will we get to forge on Halo 3, Halo 4 and the select maps of Halo 2 using the MCC? Will we get to play all the custom maps we've already made? Etc. etc.

Because I really hope that with my MCC I still have the ability to play casual stuff/minigames etc.

Multiplayer elements for each game will run how they ran in their original launches. But the idea of one lobby for every map could be a possibility considering toe massive size the game already has. But there was no mention in any of the E3 detailing on it that there would be porting of maps from their original xbox and 360 counterparts. So you may just have to remake all those maps again guys! (Good luck wasting your months) My biggest concern about the game is will framerate drop be an issue at 60fps as Psychoduck mentioned in his multiplayer discussion video

I wouldn't mind having to remake maps although porting them would be sweet as well. It'd be tiring to have to re-do many of the well known maps already out there (man dun wanna wait a few weeks just to play on clue maps) but at the same time maybe we'd get a bit of a quality bump in the maps. And Halo 3 will haz some more forge maps.
