Restart a round in forge, your control scheme sometimes goes back to default until you check it in the settings.

Fairly random, hard to duplicate but I've had it more than once.

  • Checkkpoints in Race do not properly act as respawn points in H2A

First off, that's a typo in case you haven't seen it.

  • Performance meter in H2A forge drops sometimes when placing an object with magnets

H2A magnets usually cause a performance drop the longer you hold an object near another object (I'm assuming this is because the game is constantly trying to move the object to the other object, not checking if it's actually there - yay for looping!). The drop also occurs when you grab an object, but don't center your camera on it (the RT-any stick). If you center you camera on it, it'll only drop when you do the object-to-object like I mentioned. I also think size of the object plays into this as well, but I don't have any evidence to support that.

  • Objects in H2A forge shift once placed

You could mention this is a recurring bug from almost every Forge in the past. It's very common with the larger an object is, that much is known.

I have more, but I need to take snapshots from my Xbox for it.

I understand it's likely intentional. But all items can be force spawn by setting the runtime minimum to its capacity, whether they're set to spawn or not.
Actually has Buddha test this for me earlier tonight and it doesn't work anymore.

So there's another bug...

Also connections are really unstable... I've been playing with Buddha on Xbox for the past few months with no issues and now in MCC are games are either yellow/red bar connectivity, with random kicks and such.

• Fog on Awash and Skyward must be removed to compensate for mediocre framerate on many forge maps.

• H2A: General Dynamic Lighting does not work properly (cliffs, trees and random darkness on map).

• H2A: "Generating Lighting" stage generally takes longer than Halo 4, despite being told otherwise.

• Switching to another Halo game while playing campaign playlists crashes the game occasionally and may render your playlist save corrupted.

• Both Gauss and Chaingun Warthog turrets do not deal any damage whatsoever in Halo 2 classic.

Fog I believe is there to reduce rendering in high detail. If the items in the distance are foggy, you won't notice that they're not loading any details. Unlike in H:R or H4 where zooming out so much made the objects render extremely low quality textures that were clearly visible.

The generate lighting is generally quicker, but it depends what's inside your vicinity.
Large clusters of items trigger longer rendering times.

The fog is this game isn't render distance fog, it's general fog on the map that is simply there as an unneeded visual. Also, I have been only halfway into the process of recreating the exact same map I created in Halo 4 and I compared the generating lighting stage between both games. Halo 4 map clocked in at ~4 seconds while the unfinished H2A version clocked in at ~6 seconds.

I noticed a really irritating bug that I think I experienced once in Halo 4. After forging for about an hour I went to save and the game kept giving me the "unable to save" message. I remembered everything and reforged it all, but it was a huge pain in the ass.

In H2A Forge, the control scheme will switch to "Reclaimer" when exiting monitor mode (sometimes) or when starting new rounds (always).

Temporary solution: Press Menu, open Settings, then back out of the menu (no need to change any settings).

This could be because of the loss of popularity that I once had in halo customs or because I was late for it, but the problem I had in MCC is people having trouble joining my game, I sent them a ton of invite messages and none of joined.

please reply if you had MCC problems similar to mine.

I haven't got in a single game in about a week of searching whenever I want to play. No actually, one game. But that crashed halfway through.

Is it this bad for anyone else?

The search times depend on what region you're in. Search times are near perfect now for me, except in BTB occasionally.

I'm starting to think its my internet connection. :(

Edit: Just tinkered around with my router settings which I have never done before. Apparently my "NAT table" was full, so I couldn't connect to other players. All sorted now!!

I don't see anyone else with this problem but in h2a every game I get is extremely laggy. All the other games in the collection work fine so does the h5 beta.

I really wish for these issues to be fixed and the MCC to be revived but I think its wishful thinking at this point, I think after the odst campaign is released and relic as well they won't care about it anymore, they'll wait for halo 5 to be released to forget about MCC.

Fully agree, People are kidding themselves if they think customs will be fixed before halo 5. We just have to wait it out till halo 5 for stable customs and forge.
