This is a full-auto mod for the sidearm pistol. The pistols fire rate has been ramped up to17 rounds per second or a thousand rounds per minute. That is the same as a full-auto Glock 18 machine pistol. the magazine holds 21 rounds but an additional round can be stored in the barrel if you hit reload twice bumping the ammo count up to 22.
