Enhanced Pelican - Major adjustments to control and weapons

- Adjustments to Pelican handling to make it more like the classic physics
- Re-enabled pitching up and down
- Replaced chingun with rocket pods
- Fixed camera

the sidearm pistol doesnt work in single player. I can't spawn the pelican without it

Thread seems completely dead for a while now, and I’ve managed to figure out to how to poke the mp pistol and spawn the pelican with it in the campaign, but it has no enterable seat and I can’t find anywhere to even ask. I installed several other mods as well with no issues.
