Reconfigured forge block arrangements and swapped out some pieces for a significant performance boost and much less flickering. Flickering now only occurs at the very beginning and end of the map, and only when looking in certain directions.

Added 2 extra initial spawns for zombies, so the map now supports gametypes with up to 4 starting zombies.
Changed the type of 1 way shield at the top of the lift at the end of stage 2, to make the mechanism more consistent and reliable, especially with large numbers of players using the lift simultaneously. The trajectory upon landing is also improved and will no longer fling the player into the air and instead will smoothly glide the player onto the platform.
