H2A SUPREMACY

NGO Kamikaze has always proven to be a dedicated and versatile forger who has tapped into his own brand of forerunner/competitive mapmaking. Kamikaze has a tendency to create clean, masterful structures while retaining fun, enjoyable playability for players. Additionally, this forger has developed a sleight of hand when it comes to constructing a variety of skill jumps for players to utilize, or fall prey to.

In NGO Kamikazes' latest offering "Supremacy" we are welcomed to a map inspired by Halo 5's Empire, but it is no re-skin of the H5 arena by any stretch. "Supremacy" aims and succeeds in providing close quarters combat in a complex, yet coherent arena of elevated walkways occupying the middle of the map. The comprehensive system of walkways include multiple ways to jump in and out of cover when the bullets and plasma starts flying, offering more of Kamikazes' signature skill jumps which permeate through this section of the map. Furthermore the map features an exterior balcony on "Supremacy's" south end, this area funnels into the middle with two additional routes on both the far right and left leading to the more longer sight lines on the map that become very useful when your team acquires the sniper. Now on the north end of the forerunner complex we have an area which leads up to a higher vantage point overlooking the middle walkways and pillars, but you can easily be flanked by far left and right paths mentioned earlier which connect into the back of the map. Below the vantage point lies an area of quick respite to escape to when you've been caught off guard, also leading to a helpful sword spawn. Ultimately, "Supremacy" marks one of Kamikazes' most well thought out and enjoyable maps to date, and I can't wait to play more.
