This is my second Halo 5 map which is actually a remake of a map I made in Reach called Vault (previously posted on Forgehub many moons ago). While the basic layout is the same, changes were made for the Halo 5 sandbox. A lot of time was spent on the art design of the map to make every section fit the Forerunner aesthetic, but the layout was always in mind for competitive play.
The layout is a 3 level design with ramps, lifts and teleporters placed strategically to allow strong player movement and avoid camping. Red Team has the Scattershot while the Blue Team has the Hammer, and the Plasma Caster waits in a neutral position. While 2v2 and 4v4 Slayer are the primary gametypes, FFA, Oddball and Strongholds also play well.
