Need additional assistance or want to submit a bug report?


As long as you're signed into HaloCustoms you can submit a ticket to get support from our Moderators and Administrators. In the case of the HC app; any bug reports will be escalated to the app developers personally. Additional queries will be handled directly by our friendly staff team.

Alternatively if you don't wish to submit a ticket outright, you can always try and catch a HC staff member in the Shoutbox (look for the orange and red usernames). You can access the Shoutbox on the Website, Discord or the official App.

If you're submitting a bug report specifically, please submit a ticket stating what version of the app you're using and what device you have it installed on for the best level of support (screenshots of any issues you come across are also pretty rad).
