I'm Grammy, I'm the head moderator of reddit.com/r/forgeinitiative which is the largest forge community on reddit. Back in November we started a project to remake every notable Halo 3 forge map in the MCC.
I've recently been talking with Psycho Duck and he asked me to post our database here so here it is:

This is a list of about 80 iconic Halo 3 customs and the other tabs on the there are things like H2A maps, H2C map remakes and MCC gametypes. Entries marked in blue are what we consider the ultra-classics - Duck Hunt, Jenga, Trash Compactor etc. You can get all of those off my fileshare - gamertag: GrammyXBL. Also follow me and RUSTYNA1LZ on Xbox Live if you like, we both do regular lobbies and will be doing some big Halo 5 forge projects in October/November.
